Start with your question

A HUMAN ON THE OTHER END

Help can be
a call away.

Remote support lets us work with you wherever you are in the U.S. We’ll first check whether your issue can be handled remotely.

Let’s talk about it
  1. 1

    Tell us what’s going on.

Share the symptoms, the device, and the best way to reach you. A plain-language description is all you need.

  2. 2

    Agree on the next step.

We’ll discuss the approach, scheduling, and cost before work begins. If hands-on repair is needed, we’ll explain that too.

  3. 3

    Work through it together.

For remote sessions, we guide you through connecting and explain what we’re doing as we troubleshoot.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Can you help if I’m outside Texas?

Yes. We offer remote tech support across the United States. Tell us your location and what’s happening so we can determine whether remote help is appropriate.

Do you help with home computers?

Yes. We work with both home users and small businesses. You can contact us for a single problem or ask about ongoing business support.

What if the problem needs an onsite visit?

Some hardware, cabling, and connectivity problems need someone there in person. We’ll discuss that with you first. Onsite availability depends on your location and the work needed.

How much does support cost?

Cost depends on the issue and the work involved. Contact us with a description of the problem, and we’ll discuss the scope and cost before starting.

Should I send my passwords?

No. Don’t include passwords, verification codes, payment details, or sensitive files in your request. If a sign-in is needed during support, we’ll guide you through entering it yourself.
